We craft our bourbon from grain to bottle. The process takes time, but we wanted to create an authentic product for you that isn’t found elsewhere.
Due to the careful distilling process, Peerless® spirits are multi-dimensional in terms of flavor. Single Barrel selections allow for concentration on a particular barrel’s unique characteristics. Master Distiller, Caleb Kilburn, carefully hand selects barrels that highlight distinctive natural profiles to be offered in the Peerless private Single Barrel selection. Whiskey profiles of Peerless® caliber selections are compared one by one.
Once a barrel is chosen, it is bottled and prepared exclusively and given a unique label. Each barrel typically yields 180-210 bottles.
As always, Peerless® spirits are bottled at barrel proof, so Peerless® patrons experience the same robust characteristics that were chosen specially for them.
